About Us

Who We Are

Aiversight is a specialist advisory practice built for regulated financial services.

Our team brings together senior experience across risk transformation, compliance operating model design, AI governance, programme delivery, and regulatory engagement, drawn from careers spent inside complex, high-accountability environments.

We do not offer frameworks from the outside. We work embedded within the organisations we serve, in situations where the stakes are real, the regulatory exposure is live, and accountability cannot be abstracted from execution.

Our collective background spans global financial institutions across banking, insurance, asset management, and market infrastructure.

We have carried delivery risk, regulatory risk, and reputational risk simultaneously, which is why we understand what it actually takes to hold accountability, governance, and delivery confidence together as complexity increases.

Who We Work With

Aiversight works with senior leaders accountable for both technology delivery and regulatory exposure, including:

  • Executives accountable for operating risks
  • Chief Technology Officers
  • Chief Information Officers
  • Chief Data & AI Officers
  • Chief Risk Officers
  • Heads of Compliance
  • Operational Risk and Market Conduct Leaders
  • Risk Transformation and Governance Directors
  • Board Members and Non-Executive Directors with governance accountability

Our work sits at the intersection of AI and data-driven transformation, compliance and control accountability, as well as operating model design that must hold under regulatory scrutiny.

If your role carries accountability for delivery outcomes, regulatory exposure, and audit confidence, our work is designed for you.

The Challenges We Address

Aiversight addresses the challenges that risk leaders face.

Across the industry, transformation initiatives increasingly involve AI, automation, and complex multi-party delivery models. Many fail, not through visible collapse, but through gradual, quiet erosion.

Accountability fragments across functions. Controls weaken under scale and speed. Delivery gaps open between what was intended and what was executed. Auditability becomes harder to evidence, not easier, as complexity grows.

These failures rarely stem from poor intent or inadequate technology. They occur when operating models are not designed to hold accountability, governance, and delivery together as scale increases. The result is that innovation slows, regulatory exposure rises, and confidence erodes, even when investment has been significant and effort has been genuine.

Aiversight exists to address that problem, at the operating model level, before it becomes a supervisory one.

Guiding Beliefs

Governance is not a constraint on innovation. Designed well, it is what makes sustainable innovation possible.

The organisations that will perform best under increasing regulatory scrutiny will not be those that move fastest, but those that move with the clearest accountability, the most defensible control environments and the strongest confidence that what they have built will hold under examination.

That is the standard we work to.
